The start of our 8th Season in St. Louis means it's time for Adopt an Artist again! Help send the company off on a strong start by making a donation that directly supports their paychecks.

Since Adopt an Artist began in 2020, RDC has raised dancer wages by 60% - in part thanks to donors like you! Ensure RDC can continue to set the bar for thriving artist pay by making a gift today.

In addition, The first $2,500 in donations to Adopt an Artist will be matched by a gift from a generous donor. Don't miss your chance to double your impact at the heart of RDC's mission!

Compensating artists fairly is RDC's number one priority expense. We are proud to share that over 60% of our budget goes towards artist pay, with about 45% going directly to Company Dancer paychecks.
