Our largest crowdfunding campaign of the season! Donations directly support RDC's Company Dancer paychecks for our 2024 - 25 Season.

Compensating artists fairly is RDC's number one priority expense. We are proud to share that 67% of our overall budget goes towards artist pay, with about 45% going directly to Company Dancer paychecks.

Make a difference by financially valuing the careers of dance artists and ensure that RDC can continue to create exceptional dance experiences that fuel human connection.
