Education and Local Outreach

RDC serves local dance artists through our education and outreach programs, reaching both youth and adult dancers through sustainable training, performance platforms, and opportunities to work with diverse artists. This fund supports:

Seen: STL - a showcase of works-in-progress by local, independent artists 18+. Provides an accessible and welcoming performance platform for artists three times a year.

RDC Open Classes - affordable drop-in classes for advanced and professional dancers, offered six times a week.

RDC Sponsored Master Classes - RDC hosted Master Classes with both local and national guest artists such as Rosanna Tavarez and Xi Zhao. Offered at an affordable drop-in rate for our community as part of RDC’s Choreographic Residencies.

Summer Intensive - A one-week program designed for 11-16 yr old dancers, offering training, choreography, and performance opportunities in a simultaneously rigorous and nurturing environment.

University Master Classes - RDC-led master classes at local universities including St. Louis University, Washington University in St. Louis, Webster University, Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, and more.
